Doug Chartier is the Head of Consulting at MSI. He has led hundreds of engagements for commercial, public sector, non-profit and higher-ed clients, across a wide range of strategic and operational issues. He has experience helping organizations through successful transformations by developing strategic plans, and performance management systems, defining future state operating models, technology roadmaps, and developing actionable plans to drive the realization of benefits. Doug holds a Master's in Organizational Sciences from the George Washington University and graduated with Honors from SDSU. Doug is an avid surfer, golfer and enjoys spending his time with his wife, two daughters, and golden retriever exploring the San Francisco Bay area.
